Founded by Brad Barritt, Saracens and England Rugby star, Tiki Tonga Coffee was created with the goal to infuse a mutual love of coffee and sport. Sourcing beans from all around the globe, each coffee blend from Tiki Tonga is refined with care and dedication. Each product is inspired by positions in rugby, with a range of specialist blends designed to suit any occasion.
The Project
The brand was created utilising wholesale channels, becoming present in a growing number of traditional coffee shops, and sports arenas through partnerships with Guinness, Saracens, Nike, and Tottenham Hotspur.
Tiki Tonga partnered with Activ8 to drive brand awareness and enhance their Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) strategy, offering customers subscription supplies and a wider variety of coffee choices.
Our solutions
Activ8 created a fully-integrated website and Amazon storefront to add revenue channels without disrupting the brand's existing wholesale business.
By revamping their subscriptions and a rewards programmes, Activ8 helped Tiki Tonga increase their returning customers by 169% over a period of nine months, including a 900% increase in subscriptions.
