Amazon Account Manager
We are seeking a talented Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, drive, and implement client strategy and sales via Amazon and other third-party marketplaces, managing all aspects of their development, product content and marketing plans to drive sales. The role will involve oversight of a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors with varying levels of support.
The Role
To develop, drive, and implement client strategy and sales via Amazon and other third-party marketplaces. Managing all aspects of their marketplace development, storefront/product content, and marketing plans that will help drive sales.
To support the sell-through of your clients by improving the creative and visibility on marketplaces & maximise the adoption of their brand through the creation and presentation of insight-led marketing strategy and plans. To work on a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors with varying levels of support.
Job Duties:
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Meet monthly quotas
Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
Other duties as requested
What will be your key deliverables?
Deliver brand, commercial, and channel objectives (with a specific focus on increasing sales via marketplaces).
Executing monthly deep-dive plans with the client to show month on month growth
Working with the content team to brief promotional assets for the creation and execution of enhanced storefronts and A+ content
Working with the internal team to execute effective AMS campaigns
Collaboration with affiliate partners where necessary.
Collaboration on special projects within marketplaces to improve the customer journey and sell-through
Managing the setup of products for Amazon, eBay and channels highlighted as targets by the client
Responsible for budgeting and managing spend within channels
Working with the account team to plan and execute product launches from pre-launch, go to market, launch phase activity, and growth phase
Support ongoing execution of brand consistency through review and feedback to stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring internal marketing processes are being followed prior to committing any spend
Insight gathering and delivery to the wider business with supporting actions to link insight to activity and recommendations for any improvements.
Analysing post-campaign results from digital campaigns and make recommendations/changes to subsequent activities
Timely management of all admin tasks and reporting

Face to face customer experience essential
A clear understanding of digital marketing metrics
Working knowledge of Amazon’s advertising options
Good knowledge of eBay seller centre

Shown ability to develop marketing plans enabling growth target

Skills and Qualifications
Degree or similar qualification (preferred)
Google and/or Amazon advertising certificates
Product Marketing and Services Marketing experience
Experience in a similar role
High levels of expertise required with Microsoft
A good level of expertise in dealing with online marketplaces primarily Amazon & eBay
Experience in running marketing budgets
